If you dropped off your computer for diagnosis, please be aware it usually takes about 2-3 business days to diagnose an issue. If you paid for a RUSH diagnosis it will take up to 24 hours from drop off to come to a diagnosis (if dropped off on saturday please be aware we are closed on sunday so the earliest will be available is on monday).
All diagnostic fees and RUSH fees must be taken prior to drop off and are non-refundable.
